We no longer stock the clean & charge centers for the Flex Integral and the Flex XP II -Contour Systems. We do however repair these if you are having problems. Both shaver and center along with the cord should be shipped in for service. Along with a short description of the complaint.
We have found it best on the Contour shavers to recharge after every 4 shaves for best performance. Try not to run the shaver down low on battery charge. |

Trouble Shooting Problem, wand won’t stay down to keep contact. This can be corrected, if out of warranty it runs about $29.99 plus shipping. Applies to Syncro, Flex XP and Flex Integral types.
Warranty is for 2 years from date of purchase and will be serviced and returned at no charge. Purchase receipt to be included, note, these are code dated and if no receipt is available the code date applies for service under the warranty.
Hint, periodically check to make sure holes in tub are not clogged in all models.
