Received the shipment on Saturday noon. It was very quick coast to

coast. I charged the power handle and it works great. The protective

plastic took my worry out of damaging the foil.

Many thanks for your email. I have already sent an enquiry to Essentials but they never replied. My problem is that I bought one from ebay & when I connected it here our voltage is 240. So I blew the lot.

Just wanted to say thanks and tell you that I received my new Braun charger on Monday! and have been brushing happily for nearly a week now. I received the charger yesterday afternoon. It fixed the problem we were having. We can now use our toothbrush again! Thanks for the prompt shipping and service!

I wanted to call you and let you know you were correct in your directions to me about the cleaning cycle. I find that if I don't clean the shaver for 2 days when I put it in the base unit, the NORMAL light comes on! I guess
cleaning it every day, it 'knows' that it doesn't need a normal or intensive cleaning, therefore I never see that LED come on.
As long as I know it works, that's all that matters! It's a shame that Braun themselves or the other repair shop couldn't answer the question. Thanks again.
